Job summary

Gheewala Human Resource Consultants is seeking a maintenance engineer to manage preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for industrial plant equipment. You will oversee maintenance of rotating and static equipment and plan and coordinate plant shutdown activities.

The role focuses on reliability improvements and RCFA/RCA analysis, supports RCM activities, and uses SAP PM and CMMS for planning and tracking.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
Experience with plant maintenance and reliability.
Knowledge of RCFA/RCA methods.

Responsibilities

Manage preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities for industrial plant equipment.
Oversee maintenance of rotating and static equipment.
Plan and coordinate plant shutdown maintenance activities.
Implement reliability improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance.
Conduct or coordinate RCFA and RCA.
Support Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM) activities.
Use SAP PM and CMMS for maintenance planning, scheduling and tracking.
Monitor maintenance performance and equipment reliability.
Coordinate with maintenance teams and relevant departments.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements.
Support continuous improvement in maintenance processes.
