Job summary

Gheewala Human Resource Consultants is seeking a maintenance supervisor for a plant in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on supervising daily maintenance activities, coordinating plant shutdown work, and ensuring safe execution with proper isolation procedures.

The ideal candidate will enforce PTW/LOTO compliance, manage maintenance planning, and collaborate with technicians and engineers to ensure timely completion using SAP PM or equivalent CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily industrial plant maintenance activities.
• Coordinate and monitor plant shutdown maintenance work.
• Supervise equipment isolation activities before maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) procedures.
• Ensure Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures are followed.
• Coordinate maintenance planning and execution activities.
• Monitor maintenance work to ensure safe and timely completion.
• Use SAP PM or an equivalent CMMS for maintenance planning.
• Coordinate with technicians, engineers and other maintenance personnel.
