Job summary

A leading construction firm in Qatar is seeking an experienced planner to manage project schedules using Primavera P6. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and extensive planning experience in marine civil construction, with a solid understanding of Qatari regulations. Immediate availability is required.

Qualifications

• 57 years of planning experience in marine civil construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction sequences, resource planning, and cost loading.
• Knowledge of Qatar local construction regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, recovery plans, and progress reports.
• Analyze critical paths, identify delays, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Prepare delay analysis and EOT claims as per contract requirements.
• Coordinate with site execution, engineering, and procurement teams.
• Provide regular updates to project management and client representatives.
