Job summary

Aldibel L.L.C is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Operation Manager to lead our pharmacy operations in Doha, Qatar. You will oversee all operational facets, ensuring service excellence, regulatory compliance, and patient care.

You will mentor a dedicated team and drive strategic initiatives to improve processes and outcomes. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy with a valid license and 8–15 years of progressive pharmacy operations or healthcare management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and valid licensure are required.
• Master's degree is preferred but not mandatory for the role.
• Minimum 8–15 years of progressive pharmacy operations or healthcare management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic operational plans for Qatar-wide pharmacy performance.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar health regulations and pharmacy practice standards.
• Manage inventory, supply chain, and procurement to optimize stock levels.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
• Lead and develop a high-performing pharmacy team.
• Analyze KPIs and data to drive improvements and meet goals.
• Implement quality control measures and patient safety protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regulatory bodies.
