Qualifications

• Master's degree is preferred but not mandatory for the role.
• Minimum 8–15 years of progressive pharmacy operations or healthcare management experience.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee all operational aspects of our pharmacy, ensuring excellence in service delivery, regulatory compliance, and patient care. • Develop, implement, and execute strategic operational plans to optimize pharmacy performance and enhance service delivery across all locations in Qatar
• Ensure full compliance with Qatar's healthcare regulations, pharmacy practice standards, and all applicable local and international guidelines
• Manage inventory systems, supply chain logistics, and procurement processes to minimize waste while maintaining optimal stock levels
• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis to drive sustainable business growth
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing pharmacy team, fostering a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and excellence
• Analyze key performance metrics and operational data to identify trends, implement data-driven solutions, and measure success against established goals
• Establish and maintain rigorous quality control measures and patient safety protocols to ensure the highest standards of care
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, healthcare providers, and regulatory bodies to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related healthcare field (required); Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Valid pharmacy license and registration with Qatar's regulatory authorities (required)
• Minimum of 8-15 years of progressive experience in pharmacy operations management or related healthcare management roles.
