Job summary

Pharmacist vacancy in Doha, Qatar

We are looking for a Pharmacist to join our team in Doha. Our team is committed to providing excellent pharmacy services to the community and we strive to create a positive working environment for our staff. We offer a competitive salary of 1100 QAR as well as a range of other benefits.

As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for supervising the compounding and dispensing of medications, as well as maintaining the accuracy of records and logs related to medications prescribed and dispensed. Additionally, you will provide guidance on the appropriate use of over‑the‑counter medications and answer customers' questions regarding their medication needs. You will also take part in stock control activities such as maintaining inventory levels, ordering medications from suppliers and assessing expiry dates on medication products.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be highly organized and have attention to detail. A valid Doha license is necessary for this position as well as a minimum of 3 years experience as pharmacist in Qatar or elsewhere. You should also have knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology principles, and safety guidelines related to drug administration. Previous experience with computer systems related to pharmacy management is an advantage but not required.
