Job summary

PPOAR in Ar-Ruwais, Pakistan, seeks a Petroleum Engineer on a contract basis to design production strategies and optimize oil and gas output. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to maximize recovery and improve well performance.

Required are a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field and 5+ years of experience, with strong English communication. This contract role includes accommodation and visa support for the selected candidate.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in oil and gas.
Strong reservoir engineering knowledge including eclipse.
Experience with well completion design and artificial lift.
Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design and implement production strategies to maximize oil and gas recovery.
Conduct reservoir simulations and analyze data to identify issues and opportunities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop cost-effective drilling solutions.
Monitor well performance and make optimization recommendations.
Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
