Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Pet Food Manufacturing Expert specializing in dry pet food (cats & dogs) to join our team. The successful candidate will support formulation, extrusion technology, and quality control to establish world-class products in the GCC market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize pet food formulations (proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals).
• Lead and oversee dry extrusion and kibble processing technology.
• Ensure quality assurance aligned with AAFCO / FEDIAF international standards.
• Optimize ingredient sourcing and costs while maintaining premium quality.
• Support plant setup, scale-up, and process improvements.
• Train local staff in production, formulation, and quality systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in pet food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of animal nutrition and feed formulation.
• Expertise in extrusion technology and dry kibble production.
• Familiarity with AAFCO / FEDIAF guidelines.
