Job summary

GulfDesign UAE is seeking a dedicated Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer for our Al-Khor, Qatar center. You will design and lead personalized fitness programs for clients of all ages and fitness levels, conducting assessments and tracking progress.

Responsibilities include leading individual and group classes, providing nutrition guidance, and staying current with fitness trends. Travel between locations may be required; own transport is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with at least 2 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise techniques, and nutrition principles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Must have own transportation to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine their goals and create personalized workout plans.
• Lead individual and group fitness classes, ensuring safety and proper form.
• Motivate and support clients to reach their fitness goals through positive reinforcement and effective coaching techniques.
• Provide nutrition advice and guidance to clients as needed.
• Keep track of client progress through regular check-ins, measurements, and adjustments to workout plans as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with current fitness trends, research, and best practices in the industry.
