Job summary

Prestige Greeters is seeking a motivated Fitness Trainer in Al-Rayyan, Qatar to design personalized exercise programs and guide clients toward their wellness goals. You will assess fitness levels, ensure proper form, track progress, and promote services to grow the client base.

The role emphasizes strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology and nutrition, with a focus on motivating clients of all levels. It offers a full-time on-site position with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Must have a recognized personal training certification (ACE/NASM or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of experience as a personal trainer in a gym or fitness setting.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise science, nutrition and injury prevention.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills for clients of all levels.
• Proven ability to deliver results with personalized programs.
• Marketing experience or willingness to promote services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations to assess fitness level, goals and health concerns.
• Create personalized workout plans based on client needs and limitations.
• Demonstrate proper form and technique for safety and effectiveness.
