Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in digital tools with intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in education.

Responsibilities

• Plan lessons in advance and email plans to the Head of Level and Academic Coordinator.
• Prepare and organize class materials.
• Maintain the grade book and enter grades by deadlines.
• Design monthly assessments for each topic.
• Grade all assigned work.
• Collaborate with the Psychology Department to support students with academic or behavioral issues.
• Attend meetings with teachers, coordinators, and administrators.
• Engage parents in meetings and school activities.
