Job summary

Teacheroo seeks an engaged educator to plan lessons, prepare materials, and maintain accurate gradebooks in Doha. The role collaborates with the Psychology Department to support students with academic or behavioral needs and works with coordinators to implement annual plans.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Education or Psychology, strong planning and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining student wellbeing and progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields is required.
• Master's degree is preferred for advanced roles.
• Proficiency in planning and documentation processes is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan lessons in advance and send plans via email to the Head of Level and Academic Coordinator.
• Prepare and organize the necessary materials for classes.
• Fulfill the objectives outlined in the general plans distributed at the beginning of the year.
• Maintain the grade book up to date and enter grades by deadlines.
• Design and prepare monthly assessments for each topic.
• Grade all assigned work and provide timely feedback.
• Collaborate with the Psychology Department to support students with academic or behavioral issues.
• Work with the Academic Coordinator and psychologist to support students with special needs.
