Job summary

GEMS Wellington Academy Qatar is seeking a dynamic Physical Education teacher to join our high-performing PE department. The role welcomes flexibility to teach across the primary and secondary age range, with a focus on inclusive practice and student achievement within the British curriculum.

The successful candidate will bring passion for sport, knowledge of BTEC Sport/GCSE PE preferred, and a commitment to the Teach Like a GEM pedagogy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience.
• Appropriate teaching degree and Qualified Teacher Status.
• Willingness to teach across the primary and secondary age range; knowledge of BTEC Sport and GCSE PE is preferable.

Willingness to teach across the primary and secondary age range is expected and knowledge of BTEC Sport and GCSE PE is preferable.

Qualifications and Experience – The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 2 years teaching experience. They will also have an appropriate teaching degree and Qualified Teacher Status.
