Pastry Chef

We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods for our restaurant. Your main duties will include creating new recipes, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring that all food products meet high quality standards.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong passion for pastry-making and excellent knowledge of different baking techniques. You should also have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to multitask effectively. Attention to detail is crucial in this role to ensure that all pastries are presented beautifully and taste delicious.

Responsibilities:
- Create new pastry recipes and update existing ones according to seasonal availability
- Manage inventory levels and order necessary supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen
- Train junior pastry staff on proper techniques and recipes
- Ensure all pastries meet high quality standards in taste, appearance, and portion size
- Collaborate with other chefs to create dessert menus that complement the overall restaurant concept
- Monitor food costs and work within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel
