Overview of the role:

The primary focus of this role is to identify new business opportunities and expand the sales of automobile spare parts through direct interaction with workshops, fleet operators, and retail customers.

What you will do:

1. Handle the complete parts sales process for Business to Business (B2B) customers from enquiry to sales order to achieve monthly sales targets.
2. Follow up on credit customers' payments as per agreed credit terms and conditions.
3. Communicate and process urgent parts orders promptly upon receipt.
4. Upsell additional products such as Batteries, Accessories, and other items to increase revenue.
5. Ensure timely closure of sales orders, purchase orders, deliveries, and cash/cheque collections, and maintain proper documentation.
6. Assist the warehouse team with monthly inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy during annual stock reports.
7. Expand the dealer network to increase parts sales and stay informed about competitor pricing and new product launches.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of parts specifications and compatibility.
9. Advise customers on proper parts selection based on technical information.
