Job summary

OasisConstruct UAE is seeking a Merchandiser to promote products and drive sales across retail outlets in Al-Khor, Qatar. You will set up displays, monitor inventory, and build relationships with store staff to maximize visibility and sales.

The ideal candidate has a marketing/business background, strong communication and negotiation skills, and experience in merchandising. This part-time role offers growth opportunities within the company and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in merchandising or sales within retail.
• Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and best practices.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular store visits for proper product placement and displays.
• Set up and maintain product displays per guidelines.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate restocks with managers.
• Build relationships with store owners and staff to boost visibility and sales.
• Train store employees on product features and selling points.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop promotions for products/stores.
