• Experience in sales management, account management, or business development, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong client relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and leverage insights to improve performance.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities, engaging stakeholders at different levels.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipelines; follow-up discipline.
• Good understanding of the local Doha market and willingness to work on-site with client visits.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred); equivalent experience considered.
• Self-motivated, organized, able to manage part-time hours with high performance.
