Job summary

ConFlip in Al-Khor, Qatar is seeking an English Tutor to support Pakistani students with high-quality language instruction. You will develop lesson plans, deliver engaging lessons, and provide individualized support to help students improve their English skills.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours. Native or near-native English fluency, strong communication skills, and a passion for working with students of all ages in a diverse learning environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in education or related field preferred.
• Prior experience teaching or tutoring English is an asset but not required.
• Passion for working with Pakistani students of all ages and proficiency levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans and materials that align with the needs and proficiency levels of Pakistani students.
• Deliver dynamic and interactive lessons that incorporate a variety of teaching methods.
• Provide individualized support and feedback to students to help them improve their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Monitor student progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly.
• Create a positive learning environment that promotes cultural diversity and inclusivity.
• Collaborate with fellow tutors and teachers to share best practices and resources.
