Job summary

ConFlip is seeking an experienced English Tutor in Al-Khor, Qatar to provide individual and group language instruction to learners of all ages. The role is full-time, with a salary of 1400 USD per month, and includes accommodation and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Native-level English proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience teaching English as a second language.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with students of all ages and levels.
• Strong knowledge of grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation rules.
• Experience creating lesson plans and curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans and curriculum for students based on their individual needs and goals.
• Provide instruction in grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation skills.
• Evaluate students' progress through regular assessments and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Utilize a variety of teaching materials and techniques to engage students in the learning process.
• Create a positive learning environment that promotes student participation and growth.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and resources.
