Job summary

GreenHarvest Industries is seeking a part-time Concierge to support Indian expats in Al-Rayyan. You will greet residents, assist with check-in/out, coordinate transportation, and handle reservations for dining and events.

The role requires flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. English not required; on-the-job training will be provided, and accommodation is provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Must be an Indian national living in Al-Rayyan or nearby areas.
• Fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures with accurate documentation.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and requests in person, by phone, or email.
• Coordinate transportation for residents as needed.
• Make reservations for dining, events and activities as requested by residents.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area.
• Monitor security cameras and report suspicious activity to authorities.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phones.
