Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
• Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger accounts, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements
• Monitor daily transactions and ensure they are recorded accurately in the accounting system
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Process invoices, payments, and expenses
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Prepare tax returns and liaise with external auditors as needed
• Analyze financial data to identify trends or potential issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
