The position requires a minimum of five years' experience in Pakistani cuisine, deep knowledge of traditional spices, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. English knowledge is a bonus but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Chef specializing in Pakistani cuisine.
• Extensive knowledge of traditional Pakistani spices, flavors, and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsabilités

• Prepare authentic Pakistani dishes including curries, biryanis, kebabs, and other traditional dishes.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to established recipes and standards.
• Monitor food supplies and order ingredients as needed.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff in proper techniques for preparing Pakistani cuisine.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
