Job summary

The MWR Specialist Lead at V2X Inc oversees day-to-day operations across Fitness, Lounge, Housekeeping, Linen Exchange, CAC, LRC, Media Center and Theater, all operating 24/7. This role ensures high-quality customer service, safety, equipment maintenance and event support for personnel stationed overseas in Qatar.

Candidates should have a HS diploma (associate/bachelor preferred), U.S. security clearance eligibility, strong communication, and ability to work extended hours in a dynamic, wartime

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• U.S. SECRET or Interim Secret clearance eligibility.
• U.S. citizenship with passport and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write, speak English fluently.
• Experience with government contracts and training programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor personnel performance and ensure day-to-day operational tasks.
• Provide customer service leadership across Recreational Services.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and equipment upkeep in facilities.
• Track inventories, process work orders, and report results.
• Coordinate setup/breakdown of government equipment for events.
• Complete required training and adhere to timekeeping procedures.
• Assist with staff transport to badging appointments and badge sign-in.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
