An Outside Catering Supervisor is responsible for supervising Outside Catering operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while assisting with meeting department targets.

What will I be doing?

As an Outside Catering Supervisor, you will supervise Outside Catering operations to ensure an excellent Guest and Member experience. Your responsibilities include delegating tasks according to function sheets and supporting departmental targets. Key tasks include:

  • Supervise Outside Catering Events operations
  • Communicate and delegate in line with daily function sheets
  • Work across all areas of Outside Catering Events
  • Welcome guests politely and professionally
  • Follow cash handling procedures
  • Manage guest queries efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas
  • Plan, organize, and control daily operations
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards
  • Represent team needs
  • Assist Food and Beverage in achieving financial targets
  • Support Conference and Banquet Manager in team training and development
  • Participate in team appraisals
  • Comply with security, fire, health, safety, and licensing regulations
  • Be environmentally conscious
  • Collaborate with other departments to foster good relationships
