Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS R11/R12.
• 3+ years in a similar role, preferably in large government entities.
• Experience with ERP design in Oracle financials.
• Strong communication with PMs, IT, and business users.
• Well organized with ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and analytical/problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist design, development, testing and implementation of Oracle financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash Mgmt, FA).
• Implement solutions advised by Central Team and train users.
• Hand over knowledge from central team and support new business cases.
• Provide transaction support and clarify processes.
• Support government entities' business users.
• Assist master data entry and resolve data issues.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle projects.
• Troubleshoot techno-functional issues with end users and IT.
• Document business requirements and technical specs.
• Support real time process closure and month/year end closing.
• Onsite application support for rollout sites (GL, AP, AR, Cash Mgmt, Procurement).
