Job summary

machconsultants in Qatar is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist/Engineer to support enterprise technology infrastructure onsite. The role covers cloud platforms, systems administration, networking and hybrid environments.

The candidate will maintain and troubleshoot enterprise infrastructure, support cloud and on-premises systems, monitor IT operations and ensure reliable performance across cloud, networking and storage components.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure administration and engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Azure and GCP.
• Experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructure.
• Strong Active Directory knowledge.
• Experience with Microsoft 365/O365 and Exchange.
• Experience supporting Windows and Linux servers.
• Knowledge of virtualization, storage and backup technologies.
• Strong networking knowledge including switches and routers.
• Infrastructure monitoring and IT operations experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts and provide on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Azure and GCP cloud infrastructure.
• Support cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Administer Active Directory and Microsoft 365/O365 environments.
• Support Microsoft Exchange services.
• Manage Windows and Linux servers.
• Support virtualization, storage and backup infrastructure.
• Monitor enterprise infrastructure and IT operations.
• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot network switches and routers.
• Diagnose and resolve infrastructure and connectivity issues.
• Monitor system performance and infrastructure availability.
• Provide technical support for enterprise IT operations.
• Participate in shift-based and on-call infrastructure support when required.
• Analyze technical issues and implement effective solutions.
