Airswift seeks a Commissioning Lead (Onshore Telecom) for a Major Oil & Gas operator. The role oversees pre-commissioning and commissioning for Telecom, coordinating with EPC contractors offshore, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.

The position is onshore site-based in Qatar with a long-term contract of 36 months and a 6-day work week with 10-hour days. The incumbent will lead commissioning activities, drive safety, and manage handovers and documentation to permanent assets,

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12 years of experience in large-project commissioning in Oil & Gas.
• 3 years in supervisory/oversight of service or vendor personnel.
• Experience using CMS systems such as PIMS, Win PCS, ICAPS, Hexagon or similar.
• Strong safety, organizational, reporting and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Witness contractors' scope of work and progress per project requirements.
• Oversee offshore Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning activities and ensure safety and compliance.
• Coordinate handover to permanent asset and manage punch list clearance.
• Manage documentation and ensure timely handovers per completion procedures.

Formazione

Bachelor's Degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering
