Qualifications

• Desired level of study: D-Short Cycle Tertiary Education (HND)
• Minimum experience: 6 years or more
• Working language(s): Anglais (D-Maitrise professionelle complète)

Responsibilities

• Prepare test specimens by cutting, mounting, and polishing up to 1 µm
• Evaluate microstructure using microscope and perform hardness checks
• Assist in analysis of test specimens for new products/processes/technologies
• Create work instructions for metallurgical lab activities
• Identify, store and retain test specimens and reports
• Maintain clean work area and adhere to safety and quality standards
• Update digital shop systems (e.g., Digital Work Order)
• Support vacuum furnace and thermal spray operations as needed
• Assist with assembly, shot peening, bucket moment weight, etc.
• Support Lean process and identify improvements in the work area
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and BH policies
