Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Salesperson in Qatar.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM software and multilingual abilities.
• Local hiring only.

Responsibilities

• Client Advisory: Analyze client needs, budgets, and preferences to provide tailored property recommendations.
• Property Showings: Conduct high-impact viewings that highlight the unique benefits of our luxury portfolio.
• Negotiation & Closing: Facilitate lease and sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms for all parties.
• Documentation: Manage all paperwork with strict adherence to legal and company requirements.
• Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong, professional connections with landlords, tenants, and sellers.
