Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods and materials.
• Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
• Fluency in English or Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement construction projects according to specifications and budget
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project plans are followed
• Manage project timelines and adjust plans as needed
• Oversee materials, equipment, labor, and safety
• Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates
• Ensure permits and licenses are obtained for each project
• Evaluate contractor bids and negotiate contracts
• Monitor quality control throughout the construction process
