Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Khor. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Develop project budgets, schedules and timelines
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers to ensure project goals are met
• Monitor progress and quality of work on construction sites
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
• Handle any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
• Manage project budgets, expenses, and resources effectively
• Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE region
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, equipment and safety standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills

Salary: $1800 per month

Location: Al-Khor
