Job summary

Want More, a security company based in Umm-Said, Qatar, is seeking a Security Specialist with at least five years of security management experience. You will develop and implement security procedures, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with local laws and industry standards.

You will oversee training of security personnel, coordinate with external agencies for emergency response, monitor CCTV and alarms, investigate incidents, and provide management reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in security management.
• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management or related field.
• Experience in oil and gas industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
