Job summary

Airswift is sourcing a Commissioning Lead (Process Hook Up) for offshore Qatar for a long-term contract. The role oversees the hook-up and commissioning with the main contractor, sub-contractors and vendors, ensuring documentation and testing align with project requirements.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in offshore commissioning, supervisory exposure, and strong knowledge of process design, safety standards, and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering required.
• 12 years experience with large-project commissioning in Oil & Gas, with 3+ years in supervisory roles.
• Experience with Hook-Up and Commissioning delivery processes and project phases.
• Knowledge of process design, risk-based evaluation, and compliance with codes.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Hook-Up and Commissioning Head.
• Review critical documents and reports with main subcontractor and EPC PMT.
• Attend workshops and review meetings as requested.
• Assess technical proposals, deviations, and ensure compliance with LNG policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers and support schedule recovery plans.
• Witness scope of work and sign off test and check sheets as required.
