Job summary

Dietsmann Group is seeking a Lead Integrity Engineer to oversee SECE identification, tagging, and OIAS deliverables across offshore platforms. You will ensure integrity data consistency and validate documentation to meet project standards.

The role requires a strong background in asset integrity within Oil & Gas or offshore facilities, with skills in technical writing, coordination, and problem solving. Collaboration with Maintenance, Inspection and CMMS is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, materials engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong experience in asset integrity, maintenance assurance, reliability, or integrity engineering in Oil & Gas or offshore facilities.
• Demonstrated experience in SECE identification, Performance Standards, OIAS development, and acceptance criteria.
• Good understanding of functional locations, equipment tagging, measuring points, and assurance requirements.
• Ability to interpret P&IDs, equipment registers, technical specs, and integrity docs.
• Strong technical writing, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate integrity deliverables, ensuring SECEs, locations and OIAS requirements are documented and validated.
• Identify SECEs across offshore platforms and facilities and classify them.
• Develop and coordinate OIAS deliverables per standards and project requirements.
• Translate requirements into measurable acceptance criteria and ensure traceability.
• Ensure consistency between SECE registers, tags, locations, measuring points, and asset data.
• Review technical docs, P&IDs, equipment registers and safety studies for deliverables.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Inspection, HB, CMMS to resolve data gaps and interfaces.
• Manage technical queries, revisions and deliverable quality before submission.
• Monitor progress, identify blockers and implement recovery actions.
• Lead technical discussions and provide clear responses to comments and scope clarifications.
• Guide integrity engineers to ensure consistency of methodology and standards across platforms.
