Job summary

QatarEnergy is seeking a senior Engineering Leader to oversee the technical quality and integrity of offshore design during FEED and EPIC for the NFA Sustainability Project.

You will manage a multi-discipline team, ensuring compliance with project requirements, standards, and assurance processes while coordinating with project management, technical authorities and contractors to deliver complex offshore facilities on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years post-graduate experience in oil & gas with FEED and EPC/EPIC execution on major offshore developments.
• Minimum 8 years in senior engineering leadership roles (e.g., Engineering Manager, Head of Technical Services).
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-discipline teams and manage contractors through FEED and EPC/EPIC phases.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for technical quality, integrity and assurance of engineering design during FEED and EPIC stages.
• Lead and manage a multi-discipline engineering team to deliver engineering activities within schedule and budget.
• Interface with project management, technical authorities and contractors to ensure successful delivery of offshore facilities.
