Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs holistic OT assessments for inpatients and outpatients with MSK, neuro, or cardio-respiratory issues.
• Develops evidence-based, goal-oriented treatment plans with MDT input.
• Provides patient and family education to support recovery and management.
• Recommends and implements assistive devices (wheelchairs, walking aids, ADLs).
• Delivers thermoplastic splinting and manual handling guidance per protocol.
• Maintains documentation in digital systems and supports in-service training.
