Education :


Must hold one of the following :



  • Full-time Bachelor degree in OT

  • 3-Year Diploma in OT (WFOT accredited)

  • Entry-Level Master degree in OT


Licensing :


Must hold a valid home-country license to practice.

Essential Experience :


2+ years clinical experience (Bachelor - WFOT accredited)


5+ years clinical experience(Bachelor - not WFOT accredited)

Specification

As an Occupational Therapist specializing in adult neurology, you will assess, plan, and implement personalized treatment plans to support patients with neurological conditions such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, and other motor / cognitive impairments.


You’ll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary rehab team to help patients regain independence and achieve functional goals in both inpatient and outpatient settings.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments tailored to adults with neurological conditions.

  • Design and implement evidence-based therapy programs focused on improving motor function, ADLs, cognition, and community reintegration.

  • Collaborate with neurologists, physiotherapists, speech therapists, and other allied health professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care.

  • Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques, home programs, and adaptive equipment to support continued recovery.

  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and departmental meetings related to neurorehabilitation services.

  • Support the integration of assistive technologies and digital tools in therapy delivery where appropriate.

  • Contribute to staff training and mentorship of junior therapists or students when required.
