Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking a qualified neonatal/nursery caregiver to provide full-time care for newborns and infants from birth. You will monitor health, growth, and development while managing feeding, sleep routines, and basic healthcare under medical supervision.

Responsibilities include ensuring hygiene, safety, and confidentiality, accompanying families to appointments and travel, and collaborating with household staff, with a focus on discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse, Pediatric Nurse, Midwife, or equivalent healthcare qualification.
• Minimum 3–5 years dedicated newborn/infant care experience.
• Proven experience caring for premature babies is mandatory.
• Valid Infant CPR and First Aid Certification is mandatory.
• Relevant Nursing Registration/License or Nursing Certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of newborn care, nutrition, sleep schedules, hygiene, and safety.
• Experience in private households, maternity hospitals, neonatal units, or pediatric healthcare preferred.
• Strong English communication skills mandatory.

• Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness of nursery, equipment, toys, clothing, and belongings.
• Attend medical appointments, travel with family when required, and coordinate with household staff.
