Qualifications

• 3–5+ years as Nurse Educator, with at least 2 years in Qatar or GCC region.

Experienced and culturally competent Nurse Educator with a strong background in clinical education and professional development in Qatar’s healthcare system. Adept at delivering high-quality nursing education in diverse, multicultural environments with an emphasis on evidence-based practice, international standards, and clinical excellence. Skilled in curriculum development, simulation-based training, and preparing nursing staff for international accreditation compliance (JCI).

Responsibilities

• Designed and delivered comprehensive nursing education programs aligned with Qatar’s national healthcare strategies and international best practices.
• Conducted classroom, clinical, and simulation-based teaching for new nurses and ongoing staff development.
