Job summary

Malomatia is seeking an Associate – Network Security Administrator to join the NOC team in Qatar. You will provide first-level monitoring of IT infrastructure, networks, and cloud services, ensuring uptime and SLA compliance. The role supports incident resolution, documentation, and adherence to ITIL standards.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field and 1–3 years of relevant experience. English and Arabic language skills are valued; on-site work in Doha is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS) and cloud platforms.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor servers, network devices, cloud platforms, and storage 24/7 using monitoring tools.
• Detect and respond promptly to alerts, faults, and performance issues.
• Perform initial triage and log abnormalities in ITSM system.
• Escalate unresolved incidents to L2 with supporting diagnostics.
• Carry out routine checks and maintenance tasks; document SOPs and escalation paths.
