Job summary

Workato is seeking a meticulous Night Auditor for a luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar. Egyptian nationals only are considered. The role focuses on auditing nightly transactions, reconciling accounts, and delivering high-level guest service during the night shift.

Ideal candidates will have strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous hotel night audit experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in accounting or related field is preferred.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nightly audits of all daily transactions.
• Reconcile accounts and generate reports for management.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests during the night shift.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and activities during the night shift.
• Collaborate with various hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify discrepancies or issues and report them to management promptly.
