Job summary

Arab Solutions is seeking a Network Security Specialist to maintain and operate the network security infrastructure, respond to incidents, support shutdown requirements, and manage vulnerability remediation on security devices.

The role focuses on designing secure network architectures, deploying firewalls, IPS, VPNs, and ensuring ongoing protection against threats, while documenting configurations and procedures for resilience.

Qualifications

• 10 years of asset inventory and management experience.
• Proficient with ITSM tools BMC-Remedy.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Experience with MS Office suite including Visio and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and diagnose network performance issues and bottlenecks.
• Design scalable network architecture with appropriate hardware and software.
• Install, configure and test network security equipment (firewalls, IPS).
• Maintain network security against threats and manage security policies.
• Monitor performance, analyze logs, and detect security breaches.
• Provide end-user technical support for network issues.
• Document configurations, policies, and upgrade plans.
• Support security infrastructure operations for high availability.
