Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering seeks an accomplished Network Engineer to design, implement, and sustain the company’s LAN/WAN and wireless networks. You will oversee routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and security configurations while ensuring high availability and performance across the organization.

Responsibilities include monitoring, troubleshooting, and documenting network topology, schemas, and incidents; coordinating with IT teams and vendors; and supporting disaster recovery and business

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in network engineering, administration, and support.
• Strong experience with LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VPN, firewalls, and wireless networking.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco or similar enterprise networking technologies.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing protocols, and network security.

Responsibilities

• Perform network upgrades, migrations, configuration changes, backups, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and service providers for network-related projects and technical support.
• Maintain accurate network diagrams, configurations, technical documentation, and incident records.
• Support disaster recovery, network redundancy, and business continuity requirements.
