Job summary

Amentum is seeking a C4I Technician in Doha, Qatar to maintain MRAP C4I systems in vehicle platforms. You will diagnose, repair, and support TACOM ISRN CREW and other C4I subsystems, follow security and inventory procedures, and coordinate with the C4I Supervisor and Supply for parts and training.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Windows OS and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Strong knowledge of PCs, network and communications systems.
• Ability to innovate and solve complex tasks.
• Valid home country driver's license and ability to obtain host nation license.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret US Government Clearance.
• Physically capable to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years field experience as C4I Senior Electronics Technician or Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs MRAP C4I systems including TACOM, ISRN, CREW and IED defeat systems.
• Follow preventive maintenance plans and advise updates based on data.
• Follow recon inspection and repair procedures and provide revisions as needed.
• Alert the supervisor to changes in parts coverage for mid-level repairs.
• Ensure security, limited access and safe storage of C4I equipment.
• Perform inventory/serial checks for accountability of electronic equipment.
• Prepare and inspect vehicles for shipment by air/sea/surface.
• Coordinate with Supply for secure access to POS for C4I equipment.
• Attend upgrade training and provide on-the-job training.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance near sensitive electronics; ensure safety.
• May work outdoors; perform other duties as assigned.
