Job summary

A leading machinery services company in Doha is seeking a Crane Operator with at least 5 years of experience in GCC countries. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Qatar driving license and have experience operating crawler and mobile cranes. Responsibilities include performing lifting operations, inspecting cranes, and ensuring safe execution of work. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Qatar Driving License mandatory, expired or valid.
• Proficient in English, with solid writing and reading skills.
• Wide expertise in operation and application of lifting gear.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in GCC countries.

Key Responsibilities

• As a crane operator, you perform various lifting operations using one of our assembly cranes.
• You will lift, position and place machinery, equipment or other large objects at construction sites and industrial facilities.
• You will inspect the cranes daily and determine if any parts are malfunctioning.
• You are responsible for the correct and safe execution of the work.
• You always collaborate and maintain constant communication with the site manager, foreman, rigger, and other involved parties.

Qualifications

• A Qatar Driving License is mandatory (expired or valid).
• You are proficient in the English language, with solid skills in writing and reading.
• You have broad expertise in the operation and application of equipment and lifting gear.
• You have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in GCC countries (with experience certificates and GCC driving license)
• Crawler & Mobile Crane Experience is a must
• Preferably experience on all terrain cranes above - tons with Liebherr / Grove / Demag or Tadano
• Experience on crawler cranes preferred - tons with Hitachi Sumitomo / Terex / Demag / Tadano Demag
