Blueprint seeks an MEP Procurement Engineer in Doha, Qatar to manage procurement for HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire fighting sprinklers, and electrical systems. You'll collaborate with project teams to ensure QA/QC, timely deliveries, and cost control.

The role requires a minimum of five years of related experience, strong supplier relationships, and the ability to work under project schedules.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Procurement of equipment, materials and systems to project specs.
• Ability to manage costs and ensure timely deliveries.

Responsabilidades

• Procure equipment, materials & systems meeting QA/QC requirements.
• Procure materials and subcontract within approved budgeted cost.
• Check ex-stock availability in central stores before ordering.
• Ensure timely delivery to support site installation per work program.
• Ensure procurement processes comply with approved procedures, time, cost, and quality.
• Prepare documentation for internal processes.
• Return excess materials to central stores monthly and share updated logs.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Maintain company reputation through fair dealings and prompt payment.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.

About the Job:

We are looking to hire an MEP Procurement Engineer to join our company. The key responsibility includes handling efficiently all the procurement activities related to HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting Sprinkler, and Electrical and associated spare parts, Consumables, etc..

Responsibilities of Procurement Officer:

• To procure equipment, materials & systems complying to project Quality and Specification requirements.
• To procure materials and subcontract in a timely manner within the approved budgeted cost.
• Prior to ordering, to check all ex-stock availability in central stores and sub-stores.
• To ensure timely delivery of equipment, material & systems to support site installation works as per approved work program.
• All procurement processes should comply with management-approved procedures and policies with respect to time, cost, and quality.
• Prepares documentation for internal processes.
• Excess materials from sites shall be returned back to central stores on a monthly basis, and updated logs shared with relevant business departments.
• Develops and maintains a good relationship with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Maintains company reputation & credibility through fair dealings and prompt payment.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
