Job summary

Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar is seeking a Manager to lead administration and operational delivery of the medical curriculum in Doha. The role partners with academic leadership, course and clerkship teams, faculty and institutional partners to maintain schedules, learning activities, examinations and curriculum records across the full program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, education or related field with 7–8 years in curriculum administration.
• Experience in higher or medical education settings.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with academic support systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Leads the operational planning and delivery of curriculum support across foundational sciences and clinical curriculum.
• Prepares master curriculum schedules, academic calendars and related plans for approval.
• Ensures curricular sessions, learning resources, facilities, technology and administrative support are coordinated and on time.
• Oversees curriculum-support workflows, calendars, records and service standards.
