Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience maintaining and repairing piling rigs and related foundation equipment.
• A valid Qatar ID (QID) at time of application.
• Experience as a heavy equipment or piling rig mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and fault diagnosis.
• Ability to read maintenance manuals and hydraulic diagrams; use diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance, servicing, and repairs on piling rigs.
• Diagnose faults in diesel engines, hydraulic systems, transmissions, undercarriages.
• Inspect and repair hydraulic pumps, cylinders, hoses, valves, and connections.
• Attend equipment breakdowns and coordinate with operators and site supervisors.
• Maintain service records, repair reports, and maintenance logs.
• Test equipment after repairs and ensure readiness for service.
• Follow safe isolation procedures and handle oils and waste responsibly.
