Keetab is seeking a talented designer in Doha to create compelling assets for grocery delivery campaigns. You will produce static and animated content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and cultural context.

Work closely with the operations team to drive metrics like CTR and ROI, contribute to A/B testing concepts, and develop a scalable template system to streamline production and collaboration.

Qualificações

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and AI-assisted workflows.
• Strong portfolio in campaign visual design preferred.
• Bilingual English & Arabic communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design creative assets for grocery delivery marketing campaigns in Qatar, including static and animated content. Formats include, but are not limited to, banners, social media ads, splash screens, pop-ups, campaign page hero images, and page modules.
• Localize and adapt visual content to align with brand guidelines while taking into account cultural backgrounds.
• Work closely with the operations team to understand business and conversion objectives, and drive improvements in key metrics such as click-through rate, conversion, and ROI.
• Continuously optimize creative directions, contribute to A/B testing concepts, and conduct post-campaign reviews and analysis.
• Build and maintain a scalable template system and design asset library to improve team collaboration and design production efficiency.

Requirements

• Candidates with strong English & Arabic communication skills are preferred.
• Candidates with extensive experience and a strong portfolio in campaign visual design are preferred.
• Proficient in AIGC tools, with the ability to effectively apply AI to image compositing, retouching, scene generation, animation production, and related workflows.
• Proficient in visual design software, with solid skills in image compositing and graphic layout, as well as a good understanding of brand visual systems. Basic motion design skills are preferred.
• Demonstrates strong data awareness, business acumen, and communication skills, with the ability to accurately understand project objectives and communicate flexibly with business stakeholders.
