We are looking for high level, experienced IT Talent Acquisition Specialists (M / F) who will work with our AfricaWork teams as independent Freelancers on IT recruitment assignments.

Mission:

  • Fully manage recruitment assignments for IT profiles.
  • Perform headhunting on social networks, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Screen and conduct interviews with candidates and assess their skills (hard and soft skills).
  • Shortlist and pre-select candidates.
  • Submit pre-selected candidates.

Advantage:

  • Very high commissions for all successful assignments.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in IT recruitment assignments.
  • Proven track record.
  • Excellent IT knowledge.
